At Room by Room Home Inspection Services LLC, we truly value your partnership and want to do everything we can to service our mutual clients while making your job a little easier.

- Access our detailed HTML report and locate the Agent Tools button.
- Click on the Agent Tools button and select the Repair Request Builder from the dropdown menu.

- For each selected item, you have the option to add a requested credit amount or include a comment to provide additional context or clarification.
PREVIEW
- Once you have made your selections, click the Preview button.
- This allows you to see a draft of the repair request document, giving you a chance to review and ensure everything is accurate.
- A running total of the credits requested will be displayed at the top right corner of the Repair Request, helping you keep track of the overall amount being requested.
CREATE
- After reviewing the preview and making any necessary adjustments, click the Create button.
- The system will generate a link to your custom repair request document.
- You can copy this link and paste it into your own email, or you can choose to send it directly through our system for convenience.
